Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine both of the corn cereals and the melba toast rounds in a 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.Advertisement
Stir together the oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl. Pour the oil mixture over the cereal mixture in the pan; toss until well coated.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in chickpeas and pistachio nuts. Spread snack mix on a large sheet of foil and let cool.
Tip: If you can't find the crunchy chickpeas, increase the puffed corn cereal to 3 cups.
