“This sweet and savory popcorn mix is ready in just 10 minutes and is a bit of a magic trick—it's so good it disappears right before your eyes! Honey-nut cereal squares, lightly-salted popcorn, and chocolaty peanuts are drizzled with melted chocolate and provide amazing taste in each bite.”

Ingredients

    • 2 cups honey-nut cereal, such as Chex Honey-Nut Cereal
    • 4 cups light sea-salt popcorn, such as Angie's Boom Chicka Pop Sea Salt Popcorn
    • ½ cup cocoa peanuts, such as Planters Cocoa Peanuts (2½ ounces)
    • 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate

Directions

  • 1 Line a large shallow pan with wax paper or parchment paper. Add honey-nut cereal, popcorn, and peanuts to pan; gently toss to combine.
  • 2 Microwave chocolate in a microwave-safe custard cup on 50% power (Medium) about 1 minute or until melted and smooth; stirring once. Drizzle over the cereal mixture. Freeze for 5 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
