Honey-Balsamic Fruit Salad

“Crisp pear, juicy grapefruit, and melt-in-your-mouth kiwifruit are lightly spritzed with a simple honey-balsamic dressing in this deliciously refreshing salad, ready in just 10 minutes. Serve it alongside your main meal, or save it for dessert!”


    • 1 pink or red grapefruit, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
    • 1 cup thinly sliced, cored red and/or green-skin pear
    • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and coarsely chopped
    • 3 tablespoons white or regular balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon honey


  • 1 Combine grapefruit sections, pear, and kiwifruit in a medium bowl.
  • 2 Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl. Pour into a sprayer. Following sprayer directions, spray dressing over fruit for 10 to 15 seconds or until lightly coated, tossing fruit gently as you spray (see Tip).
  • Tip: Any remaining dressing can be refrigerated in the sprayer for up to one week. Spray the dressing over cooked chicken or onto a mixed greens salad.
