  • Combine grapefruit sections, pear, and kiwifruit in a medium bowl.

  • Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl. Pour into a sprayer. Following sprayer directions, spray dressing over fruit for 10 to 15 seconds or until lightly coated, tossing fruit gently as you spray (see Tip).


Tip: Any remaining dressing can be refrigerated in the sprayer for up to one week. Spray the dressing over cooked chicken or onto a mixed greens salad.
