2 cups unsweetened vanilla coconut beverage
1 ounce dark chocolate, chopped, plus shaved dark chocolate for garnish
4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Combine coconut beverage, chocolate and maple syrup in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until simmering, 5 to 10 minutes. Divide between 2 mugs; sprinkle with chocolate shavings, if desired.
