Roasted Pears with Prosciutto
“This 3-ingredient finger food is the perfect classy appetizer for your next party. It's so simple to make yet so elegant and delicious. Finishing with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar makes the flavors pop and takes this easy app to the next level.”
4 firm but ripe pears
6 slices thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into fourths
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Cut pears in half lengthwise, then use a melon baller or small knife to remove the cores. Cut each half lengthwise into 3 slices.
3Wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around the center of each pear slice. Evenly space the pears on a foil-lined baking sheet.
4Bake until the prosciutto is crisp and begins to brown, 14 to 16 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with vinegar. Serve immediately.
