Greek Salad Skewers

“Turn classic Greek salad into finger food appetizers on a stick. The cute presentation is also super easy to prepare and makes for easy eating at a cocktail party or on game day. Just skewer tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta and olives and serve with a side of Greek salad dressing for dipping!”

Ingredients

    • 12 cherry tomatoes
    • 6 ( ½ inch) slices cucumber, halved
    • 12 (1 by ½ inch) pieces red onion
    • 12 ( ½ inch) cubes feta (3 ounces)
    • 12 Kalamata olives
    • ⅓ cup Greek salad dressing (see associated recipe)

Directions

  • 1 Skewer 1 cherry tomato, 1 cucumber slice, 1 piece of red onion, 1 cube of feta and 1 olive on a 4- or 6-inch skewer. Repeat with 11 more skewers. Drizzle with dressing.
  • Equipment: 12 4- or 6-inch skewers
