When your kids have friends over after school, whip up these healthy turkey and vegetable roll-ups. They'll be so impressed with the presentation, they may not realize they're so many different vegetables!

8 slices deli roasted turkey (see Tip)
½ (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed or ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
1 medium carrot, coarsely shredded
½ cup coarsely shredded zucchini
½ cup finely chopped red sweet pepper
On each slice of turkey, spread cream cheese. Sprinkle with dill weed. Top with carrot, zucchini and sweet pepper. Tightly roll up turkey slices. Cover and chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cut rolls crosswise into 1-inch slices.
Tip: Look for turkey slices without rips or tears.
