2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons harissa
Pinch of salt
1 (4 ounce) can oil-packed mackerel, drained
16 Treviso and/or endive spears
2 teaspoons minced chives
Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, harissa and salt in a small bowl. Flake the mackerel into small chunks and stir in. Top each endive spear with about 1 tablespoon mackerel mixture and garnish with chives.
