1 (15 ounce) can white beans, rinsed
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 lemon slices
2 small red dried chiles
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon cracked whole black peppercorns

Combine beans, oil, lemon, chiles, bay leaf and peppercorns in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add salt; let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
To make ahead: Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
