  • Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using the 2 cups milk. For blue pops, add 5 to 8 drops blue food coloring. For pink pops, add 5 to 8 drops red food coloring. Whisk until combined.

  • Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes; stir in berries.

  • Pour or spoon mixture into the paper or plastic drink cups or frozen pop molds. Cover cups with foil; cut a slit in the foil and insert wooden sticks (or cover pop molds according to manufacturer's directions. Freeze 4 hours or overnight. To serve, remove foil and tear paper cups away or remove pops from plastic cups or molds.
