  • 1 cup pomegranate juice ( ½ of a 16 ounce bottle), chilled
  • ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup diet lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled

  1. In a blender, combine pomegranate juice and pineapple; cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes, blending until slushy.
  2. Transfer to a pitcher. Slowly pour in the carbonated beverage. Serve immediately.
