Kids love pizza and this bento box lunch gives them all the familiar pizza flavors they love, along with a serving of colorful, healthy vegetables and a fruit dessert. Plus, this healthy lunch is a breeze to pack up!

  • 1 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 6 pepperoni slices
  • 3 tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella
  • 1 cup bell peppers and carrot sticks
  • 2 tablespoons creamy dressing, such as ranch (see associated recipe)
  • ½ cup small pineapple pieces
  • 1 (1 ounce) square dark chocolate

  1. Place tortilla on a plate and spread pizza sauce over it. Top with pepperoni, then sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave on High until the cheese is just melted, 40 to 45 seconds. Carefully roll the tortilla up. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into pieces, if desired. Pack the slices in a medium container.
  2. Pack bell peppers and carrots in another medium container. Nestle a small, dip-size container among the vegetables and add dressing.
  3. Pack pineapple in one small cup and nestle chocolate in-between the containers.
  • To make ahead: Cover and refrigerate the bento box for up to 1 day.
