Red Wine Cranberry Sauce
Combine cranberries, wine (or port), sugar, orange peel, cinnamon stick and salt in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer and cook, stirring often, until most of the cranberries have burst, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the orange peel and cinnamon stick.
