Layered Fruit Salad

    • ½ (8 ounce) tub light cream cheese
    • 1 (6 ounce) container plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
    • 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
    • 1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
    • 3 medium kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
    • 1 medium mango, seeded, peeled and cubed
    • 1 cup fresh blueberries


  • 1 In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in yogurt and honey until smooth. Stir in lemon peel and orange peel.
  • 2 Divide fruit among six serving dishes; top with cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately or cover loosely with plastic wrap or foil and chill for up to 4 hours.
