Fruit & Nut Quinoa
In a medium saucepan, stir together the quinoa, milk, water, cinnamon and salt. Bring to boiling over medium-high heat; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.Advertisement
Stir in pecans. Top each serving evenly with fresh berries. Drizzle each serving with 1 teaspoon honey.
