Frozen Chocolate Pretzel Sandwiches
Combine the pretzels and toffee candies in a bowl. In another bowl, microwave chocolate and oil until just melted; stir until smooth.Advertisement
Line a large baking pan with waxed paper. Place half of the graham crackers on the waxed paper. Drizzle graham cracker tops with chocolate and sprinkle with pretzel and toffee mixture. Freeze 10 minutes.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the ice cream onto each of the remaining graham cracker squares, spreading evenly. Top with the chocolate-drizzled graham cracker squares. Freeze sandwiches 1 hour. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and return to freezer.
