Caprese Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
Using a sharp knife, cut off the top third of each cherry tomato on the stem end. Hollow out the cherry tomatoes; invert on paper towels to drain. Set aside.Advertisement
Cut the mozzarella into 24 equal cubes. In a medium bowl, combine the cheese cubes, basil, vinegar and pepper. Stuff each tomato with a coated cheese cube.
