There's no need to buy expensive drinks at the local coffee shop when you can make this delicious frozen iced coffee at home.

  • 2 cups cold strong-brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons no-sugar-added French Vanilla-flavored instant breakfast mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel ice cream topping
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free caramel ice cream topping
  • Coarsely crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans (optional)

  1. In a blender, combine coffee, instant breakfast mix and 2 tablespoons ice cream topping. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour over ice in two glasses. Top with dessert topping and drizzle with 2 teaspoons ice cream topping. If desired, sprinkle with coarsely crushed coffee beans.
