2 80-calorie soft wheat hot dog buns, such as Sara Lee® Delightful™ brand
3 purchased hard-cooked, peeled eggs, such as Crystal Farms® brand
4 medium butterhead lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons light honey-mustard salad dressing, such as Newman's Own® brand
Split open the hot dog buns; toast both sides. Slice hard cooked eggs.
To assemble sandwiches, arrange 2 lettuce leaves on the bottom bun halves. Overlap egg slices down the center of the lettuce leaves. Drizzle a tablespoon salad dressing over eggs on each sandwich. Sprinkle with pepper.
