These egg salad sandwiches are drizzled with a tasty honey-mustard dressing and set atop toasted wheat buns. If you'd like to pack them for an office or school lunch—skip the toasting step.

  • 2 80-calorie soft wheat hot dog buns, such as Sara Lee® Delightful™ brand
  • 3 purchased hard-cooked, peeled eggs, such as Crystal Farms® brand
  • 4 medium butterhead lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons light honey-mustard salad dressing, such as Newman's Own® brand
  • Black pepper

  1. Split open the hot dog buns; toast both sides. Slice hard cooked eggs.
  2. To assemble sandwiches, arrange 2 lettuce leaves on the bottom bun halves. Overlap egg slices down the center of the lettuce leaves. Drizzle a tablespoon salad dressing over eggs on each sandwich. Sprinkle with pepper.
