Italian Round Steak Dinner

Place fennel, onion, and carrots in a 4- to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker (see Tip). Place the beef on top of the vegetables. Combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl. Pour over the steak.
Cover; cook on Low for 9 to 10 hours or on High for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
Divide pasta among eight serving plates; top each with a portion of the steak and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Tip: For easy cleanup, line your slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe. Once your dish is finished cooking, spoon the food out of your slow cooker and simply dispose of the liner. Do not lift or transport the disposable liner with food inside.
