Cran-Walnut Kettle Corn

Ingredients

    • 8 cups popped 94%-fat-free microwave kettle corn
    • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ cup dried cranberries
    • ½ cup walnut pieces, toasted (see Tip)

Directions

  • 1 Place popcorn in a gallon size resealable bag. To ensure even coverage, sprinkle half the cinnamon over the popcorn and shake to coat. Repeat.
  • 2 Add cranberries and walnuts to the bag; shake to combine.
  • Tip: To toast nuts, spread in a shallow baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden, shaking pan once or twice.
