  • Dash ground black pepper
  • ⅓ cup quick-cooking couscous
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • ½ medium orange, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • Ground black pepper (optional)

  1. In a small saucepan, combine broth and pepper; bring to boiling. Stir in couscous and green onion; remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork; gently stir in chopped orange. If desired, sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately.
