  • 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 8 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 8 ounces sliced cooked chicken breast
  • 4 very thin slices Colby-Jack cheese (2 ounces total)
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices lower-sodium, less-fat bacon, crisp-cooked and halved

  1. Lightly drizzle avocado slices with lemon juice.
  2. Mix yogurt and dressing mix in a small bowl.
  3. Top 4 slices of bread with chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon and the avocado. Spread the yogurt mixture on the remaining bread slices and set one on each sandwich.
