3 oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced crosswise
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons crumbled fat-free feta cheese
1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint
Arrange orange and grapefruit slices in four individual shallow bowls. Drizzle with honey; sprinkle with feta cheese and snipped fresh mint. If desired, cover with foil or plastic wrap and chill for up to 4 hours before serving.
