Ingredients

    • 1 (3 ounce) cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast half
    • ¼ cup finely chopped tomato
    • 2 tablespoons hot cooked orzo pasta (rosamarina)
    • 2 Greek black olives, pitted and sliced
    • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese or reduced-fat feta cheese

Directions

  • 1 Top warm chicken breast with tomato, cooked orzo, olives and cheese.
