Chicken "Brats" with Apple Slaw

In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, apple and red onion. In a small bowl whisk the vinegar, olive oil and 1 teaspoon of the mustard mixture to blend. Drizzle over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
On a preheated grill pan or griddle, cook sausages over medium heat 15 to 18 minutes or until heated through, turning occasionally.
Serve sausages on buns topped with remaining mustard mixture and apple slaw. Serve with any additional slaw.
