  • In a small bowl, combine mustard and maple syrup; set aside.

  • In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, apple and red onion. In a small bowl whisk the vinegar, olive oil and 1 teaspoon of the mustard mixture to blend. Drizzle over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.

  • On a preheated grill pan or griddle, cook sausages over medium heat 15 to 18 minutes or until heated through, turning occasionally.

  • Serve sausages on buns topped with remaining mustard mixture and apple slaw. Serve with any additional slaw.
