  • ½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives
  • 1 11-ounce pouch chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 4 ripe, yet firm, nectarines or peaches, pitted and diced
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 whole-wheat sandwich thins, split, toasted and quartered

  1. In a bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in chives.
  2. Add tuna and nectarines to the yogurt mixture; toss gently to combine. Spoon tuna mixture onto salad plates; sprinkle with pecans. Serve with toasted bread.
