White Chocolate Pecan Whipped Frosting

Ingredients

    • ⅓ cup chopped white baking chocolate (with cocoa butter) (about 1¾ ounces)
    • 1 tablespoon fat-free milk
    • 1¼ cups frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
    • 2 tablespoons chopped, toasted pecans

Directions

  • 1 Place white chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on 50% power (medium) for 1 to 1½ minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring once.
  • 2 Stir in milk; cool about 5 minutes. Fold in ¼ cup of the dessert topping and the pecans. Fold in the remaining 1 cup dessert topping.
