  • In a medium non-reactive saucepan, combine vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, crushed red pepper, salt, and black pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Transfer to a glass bowl; cool completely. Serve with desired meat (see Tip).
