This cheesy toast topped with salsa is the perfect snack.

  • 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon canned whole kernel fire roasted corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 slice ultra thin sliced sharp cheddar cheese, such as Sargento
  • 1 tablespoon lower sodium salsa, such as Newman's Own

  1. Preheat broiler. Top toast with corn and beans and top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted, about 1 minute. Top with salsa.
