Ingredients

    • ½ ounce reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened (1 tablespoon)
    • 1 slice 100% whole-wheat bread, toasted
    • 4 thin slices cucumber
    • ½ 2.5-ounce pouch skinless boneless pink salmon, coarsely flaked
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
    • ½ teaspoon snipped fresh dill weed

Directions

  • 1 Spread cream cheese on toast. Layer cucumber, salmon and red onion over cream cheese. Sprinkle with dill weed.
