    • 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread, lightly toasted
    • ¼ apple, cored and sliced
    • Pinch ground cinnamon


  • 1 Spread peanut butter on toast. Arrange apple slices over peanut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
