This was perfect with falafel. After reading the other review, I added the lemon and water a Tbsp at a time and did use less lemon juice (but wanted it thin so the used the amount of water called for). Read More

I had this sauce with the Falafel Burgers. It was yummy but I feel it was too runny and too lemony for me. I added 2 more TBS tahini to thicken it and that helped cut down on the lemon flavor. Hubby was so so with the sauce. I would make it again but only add 1 TBS of lemon juice and start off with 1 TBS of water and gradually add. Read More
