  • 1¼ cups cooked whole wheat wagon wheel pasta
  • 2 ounces canned no-salt-added chicken breast, drained
  • 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup heart healthy Italian pasta sauce
  • 1 cup blanched broccoli florets (see Tip)

  1. Mix pasta, chicken, sauce, and broccoli together in a small bowl or to-go container. Microwave until warm. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
