  • 2 ready-to-eat baby beets
  • ⅔ cup organic shelled edamame, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons tropical mango vinaigrette
  • 9 grains & seeds pretzel sticks

  1. Combine lettuce, beets, cheese, and edamame in a bowl or to-go container. Pour vinaigrette over salad or in a small to-go container. Serve with pretzel sticks.
