  • 2 slices very thin whole wheat bread
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-fat chipotle mayonnaise
  • 1½ ounces reduced-sodium deli turkey breast
  • 1 slice reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • ½ cup freeze-dried vegetables

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread. Top with turkey, cheese, spinach and grated carrots, and then the other slice of bread. Place freeze-dried vegetables in a to-go container.
