“Healthy pizza for breakfast? Say no more. You'll feel full and satisfied from the whole wheat bun and vegetables in this breakfast pizza.”

Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons whole wheat thin bun
    • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, divided
    • 2 slices reduced-fat provolone cheese
    • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
    • 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
    • 1 medium nectarine

Directions

  • 1 Spread pizza sauce on whole wheat bun. Top with cheese, tomatoes, and pepper. Microwave 30-45 seconds, until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil. Serve with nectarine.
