    • 2 slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread, toasted
    • 1 tablespoon low sugar red raspberry preserves
    • 1 4-ounce small curd low fat cottage cheese
    • 1 4-ounce pineapple bits in 100% pineapple juice


  • 1 Spread raspberry preserves on 1 slice of toasted bread. Cover with the other slice, and then cut sandwich in half. Serve with cottage cheese and pineapple bits.
