    • 1 whole wheat English muffin, toasted
    • 1 teaspoon light vegetable oil spread
    • 1 vegetable sausage patty
    • ¾ ounce reduced-fat cheese
    • ¾ cup blueberries


  • 1 Microwave vegetable sausage patty for 1-2 minutes. Spread light vegetable oil spread on English muffin half. Top with warm sausage, cheese, and then top with the remaining English muffin half. Place blueberries in a small side bowl or to-go container.
