10 chocolate graham snacks
½ cup (4 ounces) plain fat-free Greek yogurt (see Tip)
Stir raspberries and chocolate graham snacks into yogurt.
Tip: If kids won't eat plain yogurt, substitute vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt and add 4 grams of carb to the nutrition information below. (If you want to wean kids off sweet yogurt, mix together half of each kind.)
