Ingredients

    • 2 extra crispy thin yellow tortillas
    • ¼ cup finely shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
    • ¼ cup salsa

Directions

  • 1 Sprinkle cheese between the tortillas. Microwave to melt the cheese.
  • 2 Cut into quarters. Let the quesadillas cool. Serve with salsa.
