2 extra crispy thin yellow tortillas
¼ cup finely shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
¼ cup salsa
1Sprinkle cheese between the tortillas. Microwave to melt the cheese.
2Cut into quarters. Let the quesadillas cool. Serve with salsa.
