  • Place the 3 tablespoons mint leaves in a pitcher. Use the back of a large spoon to lightly bruise the leaves. Stir in cranberry-raspberry juice. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.

  • Strain mint from juice and discard the mint. Stir club soda into juice. Pour into ice-filled glasses. Top with fresh berries and mint sprigs.
