A great way to add some extra energy into your morning routine, this tea is composed of three different types of lemon-scented herbs. With extra vitamin C and a healthy dose of antioxidants, this tea blend will awaken the senses.

  • 1 teaspoon dried lemon verbena or 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh lemon verbena
  • ½ teaspoon dried lemon thyme or 1½ teaspoons fresh lemon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried lemongrass or 1½ teaspoons coarsely chopped fresh lemongrass
  • 1 cup boiling water

  1. Combine lemon verbena, lemon thyme, lemongrass and boiling water. Let steep for 15 minutes, then strain.
