2 cups seeded and chopped watermelon or honeydew melon
1 tablespoon lime juice
Ice cubes (optional)
Melon or lime wedges (optional)
Combine chopped melon and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Press the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve; discard pulp. (You should have about 1 cup juice.) Serve over ice or chill the mixture and serve in chilled martini or wine glasses. If desired, garnish with melon or lime wedges.
