  • 1 (5.3 ounce) container plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 4 ( ½ inch thick) slices fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup low-fat granola, such as Kellogg's® brand

  1. Light firewood or charcoal and let campfire burn down to medium-hot embers or coals. Top with a grill rack.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and honey. In a 10-inch cast iron skillet, heat oil over campfire. Add pineapple; cook 8 minutes or until lightly charred, turning once.
  3. To serve, spoon yogurt mixture over pineapple and top with granola.
