  • In a large skillet, combine apple slices, the water and allspice. Cook, covered, over medium heat about 6 minutes or just until apples are tender, stirring occasionally. Uncover; cook about 1 minute more or until liquid is evaporated. Spread cream cheese over wraps, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Top one half of each wrap with apple mixture. Sprinkle with white cheddar cheese and walnuts. Fold in half. Lightly coat the tops of the wraps with nonstick spray.

  • Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add wraps to the skillet, coated sides down. Coat tops of wraps with nonstick spray. Cook for 6 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once to brown both sides evenly.

  • Cut into wedges to serve.
