Honeyed Greek Frozen Yogurt
In a medium bowl combine yogurt, buttermilk, honey, and lemon juice. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean and add to the yogurt mixture; discard bean. Stir yogurt mixture to combine. Transfer to a 1 1/2- to 2-quart ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to a freezer container and ripen for 4 hours in the freezer.Advertisement
If needed, let stand 10 minutes to soften slightly before serving. Garnish servings with mint leaves.
