  • In a medium bowl combine strawberries, orange juice, 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, lemon juice, orange liqueur (if using), and honey. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and chill for 1 to 4 hours before serving. Garnish with additional lemon peel. Divide among four serving bowls.
