Hi, I recently start the 14- day clean eating meal plan, however, it seems that when I cook a certain meal for the specific day, I get left overs? So I am seeing that this meal plan has almost different meals every day. So my question is since there are left overs from previous meals how do I do the whole meal plan diet for the rest days!
